Check out our exclusive interview with Sabrina Bowman. Sabrina is a former collegiate swimmer for St. Francis and is currently a physician's assistant.  She suffered a shoulder labral tear… and still competed ALL 4 YEARS in college! 

Sabrina grew up swimming from a young age, and began feeling shoulder pain at around the age of 8! After some PT, the pain came and went, unfortunately, leading her to every swimmer’s nightmare… shoulder surgery. Follow along with her story!
